Our primary aim from a sustainability perspective is to meet the current generation's needs in a way that does not compromise the potential of future generations. Our organizational operations involve a series of consumption practices that ease environmental impact and facilitate the conservation of resources.
Our Green Mission
Head-Royce is committed to providing an organizational culture, a physical space, and an educational program that model and promote environmental health and sustainability. To that end, the school will:
- Embrace an eco-centric and sustainable mindset in its decision making and practices;
- Incorporate sustainable practices in the school’s facilities and operations that maximize energy efficiency and ecosystem services, as well as minimize resource consumption, waste production, and toxin use;
- Emphasize sustainability, environmental health, 营养, personal responsibility, 领导, and connection to the community beyond the school in our educational program.
